1General Terms

Tk4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between tk4 and its users.

By using the tk4 platform, you confirm that you are an adult resident of Bangladesh (aged 18 or above) and that you are using this service voluntarily. tk4 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Tk4 reserves the right to restrict or block access to its services from certain regions due to legal requirements. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that using this service is lawful from their location.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with tk4, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each person is allowed to register only one account.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and accurate contact information.
• The mobile number or email address used during registration must belong to you personally.

After registration, tk4 may request identity verification (KYC) documents — such as a national ID, passport, or other valid documents — at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the required documents are submitted.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on tk4 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following policies apply to all transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals are recommended to be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification.

Tk4 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction involving suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. Relevant authorities may be notified in such cases.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tk4 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer comes with its own terms, though certain general rules apply across the board:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirement must be met.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days.
• Any individual found using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have all associated accounts permanently suspended.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be converted to cash.
• After claiming one bonus, other bonuses may not be available simultaneously.
• Tk4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5Betting Terms

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on tk4:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment; the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final.
• If an event is cancelled or unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk4 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Coordinated betting on the same event across multiple accounts will result in all related bets being voided.
• Any involvement in match-fixing or other fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk4 platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated systems.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or technical flaw for personal gain.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to tk4's systems.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Tk4 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

You may request account closure at any time. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you upon closure.

8Responsible Betting

Tk4 is committed to responsible betting. We want every user to enjoy betting in a healthy, controlled way. To support this, tk4 offers the following tools and features:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspending the account for a specified period.
• Reality Check: Displaying a summary of your session time and betting amounts after a set period.

10Changes & Updates to Terms

Tk4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.
